PRICES
We are very proud to have kept our pricing the same since we started renting the cabin in 2014 but regrettably now, with rising costs over the years, we have finally had to make a price increase in 2023. We understand that this cost of living crisis affects everyone, so have tried to keep the price down as much as possible. Please note that, as before, we will not charge extra for gas or electricity, or pets, and we are pleased to say that we will retain the Loyalty Discount of 10% off standard rates if you’ve stayed before 🙂 Additionally, with changeable circumstances, our policy remains; that if you pay a deposit and wish to cancel your booking at ANY time, for ANY reason, between booking time right up to arrival date, or if the booking must be cancelled due to coronavirus or to follow government advice, your deposit will be refunded in full, or if you prefer can be held pending selection of new dates.
- Rate for the Cabin is £70 per night/£420 per week
- Minimum stay is 2 nights (discounted for extra nights)
- Maximum 2 adults
- £50 Deposit (will be deducted from balance)
- £50 Security Deposit if requested (refundable)

- No extra charge for electricity or gas
- Towels & Bedding are NOT supplied
- Bring your own bedding (double bed has mattress protector, but bring your own sheet, quilt, pillows & covers)
- Pets are very welcome as long as kept under control (No extra charge. Maximum 3 dogs but more by arrangement)
- Sorry, not suitable for children due to the proximity of the river and wildlife pond
