The Barn is a storey and a half building. It has an open plan downstairs with spacious living, kitchen and dining accommodation. It is centrally heated with hot water always on tap for the kitchen and shower.
The living area has two large comfortable sofas from which to watch the Smart TV. There is also a recliner chair with footstool if you wish to stretch out further, and the electric stove can provide extra heat or just a cheering flame effect.
FULLY EQUIPPED. . . . .
The Barn has a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc with a large dining table and 6 chairs.
LIGHT & AIRY BEDROOM
Upstairs (note the stairs are quite narrow at 26 inches), the large bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, full length swivel mirror and side table.
For extra guests (maximum occupancy 5 or 6) there is a Silentnight self-inflating double mattress (sleeps up to 2, max total weight of 300kg = 47 stone) and two single Jay-Be fold-out beds, one with a sprung mattress and the other an e-fibre mattress. These can be used upstairs or downstairs depending on space and your preference.
