Our priority is for everyone to stay safe and well, and follow NHS and government advice.
We have stringent procedures in place for your safety and confidence, so you can truly relax and enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, for now, that means we are unable to provide some of the usual items eg books, DVDs, games, food items etc and our usual little extras and personal touches (a full list will be provided on request and with booking confirmation so you know the additional items you may wish to bring with you). We hope this will not detract from The Barn experience and thank you for your understanding. 
If you have any concerns or additional requests please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss them as we aim to ensure you have a really enjoyable, safe and stress-free stay.

PRICES
We are happy to say prices will remain unchanged for 2023 🙂
- The Barn is £100 per night/£500 per week for up to 2 Guests
- Minimum stay is 2 nights (discounted for extra nights)
- Additional Guests (up to 5 or 6) extra £10 per person per night
- Children under 3 are free (Travel Cot & High Chair Available)
- Deposit £50 (deducted from balance)
- Security Deposit £50 if requested (refundable)

- No extra charge for electricity or gas
- Towels and bedding are supplied
- Pets are very welcome as long as kept under control (No extra charge. Maximum 3 dogs but more by arrangement)
